Service times, directions, and what to expect upon your first visit to First Baptist Social Circle

We know that meeting someone for the first time can be intimidating, and going to a new church for the first time can be nerve-racking.  We want to help make your first experience at First Baptist Church Social Circle a great one!

First Social Circle meets every weekend and during the week:

In total, a First Social Circle service is about 60 minutes in length.  Services begin with the worship praise team leading the church in music – song lyrics are projected onto the screens so you can sing along and/or engage with worship however you feel most comfortable.  After the music portion of service is complete, one of our pastors will share an encouraging and hope-filled message about Jesus. 

Sunday’s at First Social Circle are exciting, casual and relaxed.  Many are comfortable in suits and dresses while others are more comfortable in more casual, everyday attire.  Come as you are and expect to feel welcomed as our guest. 

We believe that kids should have a blast at church every single week-and at Circle Kids, we make this a priority.  The other thing we make a priority is your children’s safety.  Because of that, we have a detailed check-in process for our Circle Kids program the first time that you visit.  You’ll want to leave yourself and extra ten minutes to get signed in for the Circle Kids experience.  Circle Kids is offered for kids ages birth through grade 5.

You can enter our parking lot from Cherokee Road in front of the main sanctuary or from East Hightower Trail, with parking in the main lot at the rear of the main building.  Handicap and visitor parking is available adjacent to the office/side entrance.  Wheelchair access is located at the office/side entrance. 

You may enter the building by the entrance at the front of the sanctuary, the office/side entrance or the rear entrance adjacent to the rear parking lot. You may also enter through the children’s ministry building, the Children’s area is secure, limited access.  After registering your children, you will be directed to the sanctuary.
